All orders are shipped by Story Shelf SRL, operating under the trade name Old Dog shop.

Order Processing

We are an independent publisher and shop, and some of our products may be produced, printed or prepared in limited quantities.

For this reason, order processing may take up to 4 weeks before your order is shipped.

This processing period may be shorter depending on product availability and current order volume.

If your order contains several products, we may ship the order together once all items are ready.

If we expect an unusually long delay, we will make reasonable efforts to inform you.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been shipped, the carrier's delivery time will depend on the destination, shipping method and carrier.

Estimated delivery times, where available, will be displayed during checkout.

Please note that delivery estimates begin after the order has been shipped, not when the order is placed.

Delivery may take longer due to:

• customs processing;

• carrier delays;

• public holidays;

• incorrect or incomplete delivery information;

• severe weather;

• strikes;

• international transport disruptions; or

• other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

International Orders

We ship internationally to the destinations available at checkout.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, the recipient may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not controlled by Old Dog shop and are normally payable by the recipient.

Please check the customs and import requirements of your country before placing an international order.

Tracking

Where a tracked shipping service is selected or provided, you will receive tracking information once your order has been handed to the carrier.

Tracking information may take some time to become active after the parcel has been shipped.

Delivery Problems

If your parcel appears to be delayed, please first check the tracking information provided by the carrier.

If your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable period after the estimated delivery time, please contact us at storyshelf.srl@gmail.com and provide your order number.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and, where possible, provide photographs of the packaging and the damaged product.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address and the parcel is returned to us, we may contact you to arrange a new shipment.

Additional shipping costs may apply where the failed delivery resulted from incorrect information provided by the customer, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Delivery and Consumer Rights

We make every reasonable effort to dispatch and deliver orders as soon as possible.

The processing period of up to 4 weeks described above does not remove or limit any mandatory consumer rights under Romanian or European Union law.

Where applicable law provides a specific maximum delivery period or gives you the right to cancel an order because of delayed delivery, those statutory rights will apply.

For EU consumer purchases, nothing in this Shipping Policy limits your statutory right of withdrawal or your other consumer protection rights.
